Registration fee
(PhD) Students: 100 Euro
Regular fee: 150 Euro
Apart from a conference package, the registration fees will include: 2 lunches, 6 coffee/tea breaks, a walking dinner, a beer tasting event and the farewell drink at the end of the conference.
We will email you confirmation of registration payment as soon as possible.
Cancellation procedure
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice (by e-mail) is received by November 15th 50% of the total registration fee will be refunded after the Conference. Notices received after November 15th will not be considered. A registration may be transferred to another person if the conference organisation is notified at least one week before the conference.
